2. Standard Turnover Cleaning
Perfect for preparing the property for new guests. Includes:

• Cleaning common surfaces and appliances.

• Windows and mirrors.

• Changing bed linens.

Complimentary Supplies Included

Every booking comes with essential supplies to ensure your comfort:

• Toilet paper: 2 rolls per bathroom.

• Milk: 4 individual servings.

• Shampoo and hand/body gel: Enough for short stays.

• Kitchen staples: Coffee, sugar, oil, salt, and pepper.

• Dishwasher tablets: 3 per booking.

Bed Linens and Towels

We provide high-quality white bed linens, and all beds are prepared with:

• 3 flat sheets.

• Pillowcases.

Each booking also includes:

• 1 bath towel per guest.

• 1 hand towel.

• 1 bath mat per bathroom.

• 1 Tea Towel.

Additional Services Available

Enhance your stay with our additional services:

• Extra towel packages (2 large + 1 medium).

• Beach towels (2 towels).

• Crib rentals: Comes with a padded base (bedding and mattress not included).

Mid-Stay Cleaning Services

We offer mid-stay cleaning options tailored to your needs:

• Apartments of 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms.

• Larger properties: Contact us for pricing.

Key Drop-Off and Lost Items

• Keys: Assistance available between 8 am and 8 pm. Fees apply depending on the situation.

• Lost items: Stored for one month. You can retrieve them in person or request shipping (fees apply).

Initial Supplies

We provide complimentary initial supplies to make your arrival as smooth as possible. These include:

• Shampoo, conditioner, and body gel.

• Toilet paper.

Note: These items are designed for immediate use and may not last the entire stay. Replenishments are available upon request.

Information About Cribs and High Chairs

For your little ones, we offer:

• Cribs: Includes a padded base for comfort (bedding and mattress not included).

• High chairs: Available for rental.
